Ti amo Ocarina
Masakazu Yoshida is the maker of Ti Amo ocarinas. Ti Amo are one of the three biggest brands of Japan, and are notably played by Satoshi Osawa and Michael Copley, of 'The Classic Buskers' and 'The Chuckerbutty Ocarina Quartet'.
He was born in 1953 in Hiratsuka, Japan. In 1973 he studied Physics at the University of Tokyo, and in 1974 he went on to study piano tuning, under the company Yamaha. After this, he went on to study at a college in Germany, during 1979, and went on to teach at Nihon's tuning school.
Masakazu Yoshida made his first ocarina in 1989, and 'AMORˇMUSICA' was founded in 1991. Ti Amo became professional quality ocarinas in 1998, and have since become a renowned and popular brand.
