I began making ocarinas in1986 .My mother is a potter so there was always a workshop at home, a big pottery with all kind of kilns (wood gaz electric)., and all the diferent sorts of clays and glazes.
In 1982 the folk musicacademy from Toulouse ordered some clay flutes and ocarinas and so that was the beginning.
I studied classical music at the music academy of Toulouse, the flute, and finished the study with all the diplomas. And then big mistake: instead of playing the flute and become a flute teacher, I traveled around the word and then back in Europe (Spain) made a living making ocarinas.
Now I live 50 kilometers north Lyon. And I keep on making ocarinas. And music a little bit.
